Please allow this letter to serve as a notice that our firm has been retained by Maureen O'Hare and Peggy O'Hare Vance to act as their communications representative involving family members, both immediate family and distant family.
As the above named clients have expressed their wishes to have no direct personal contact with any family members, we ask that you re-direct any and all initiated communications to this office for evaluation, assessment and relay to our clients.
Please allow this letter to serve as a notice that our firm has been retained by Maureen O'Hare and Peggy O'Hare Vance to act as their communications representative involving family we ask for the purpose of continuity that you forward any communications to our office in written form only, dated and timed with signature of the writer . Electronic forms of contact to this office are not accepted, which includes phone, email, texts, Facebook,, Snapchat, Instagram or similar forms of communications as described above.
Should our clients decided to respond to a forwarded communication, said response will originate from our office and be signed by the client account representative.
This is not a legal notice, and no legal advice will be released by our firm to our clients or to respondents. This only serves as a communications effort in good faith on behalf of our clients.
This will ultimately be the only form of communication that Maureen O'Hare and Peggy O'Hare Vance will accept from the parties involved. Should any party, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part chose to not take advantage of this established communication venue our clients have indicated that you will not receive any further response from them.
Burial service has been arranged for Friday, June 9th, 2017 at 2:30 pm at the Holy Sepulchre Cemetary, 25800 W. 10 Mile Road, Southfield MI., 48033.
